The school provides all possible serrvices to the children with mental and hearing challenges. The children from 4 to 14 are taught primary, secondary and pre-vocational skills. The children above 14 years are admitted to the vocational and normalization programme. Along with their education neccessary therapy is offered.

Now we have an early intervention program for children under 3 years, where our experience staff spend one hour a day with the mothers.

The children in R.N Suseela School are given necessary speech therapy, hearing aids. They are inrtegrated into regular school.

Vocational training plays an important part in the children's education. After compeletion of training the students are encouraged to get sheltered employment or self-employment.

The voctational training at the moment offered are making envelopes, greeting cards, chalks, toys/dolls, incense sticks, disinffectents and weaving telephone mats.
